When people live too comfortably they create their own problems

MENTAL HEALTH is PARAMOUNT for EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THE WORLD. PLEASE, if you ever hear someone saying these things, check in with them. Also, ASK them if they are going to kill themselves directly, and ACT accordingly (stay with them, and get professional/physical help). RIP Chester... I get very teary watching this. Please, reach out for professional help, even if you don't feel right and you are stuck in the "bad neighborhood" mentality. Life is always worth fighting for... There are people that love you. ALWAYS keep fighting.

I recently went to a tribute concert of Linkin Park and it was absolutely amazing and i felt the pain in the music ..i sang my heart out! Haha! I think i was one of the only ones too😂but i felt his pain and been there and its sad...but it was a tribute so I had a really great time!❤

This DJ laughing at the demons he is battling in his head is F-up. Sure Chester is kind of laughing at himself but when someone talks about the inner demons they are battling, we should stop and listen. Let them talk and share...and let them get it out. Then if they want you to counsel then do...ask if they want advice, just let them know you are there for them and can talk to you anytime. No judging, no laughing, just offer them an ear to listen.

Most of these NPD people turture others (partners, parents, children) to get relief from their own pain. But, Chester B didn't abuse any of them. Great soul, sadly bad mind😢. Spirituality says they operate with low vibrational energy or you can say, energy vampires. RIP CB.

It's scary to see how strong he actually was and how much he wanted to live. He was really introspective and knew strategies to keep his demons shut up. He identified what the problem was and that most of this is just in his head. And how frustrating it is not to just be able to flip a switch and just change. There was probably nothing he wanted more than that. It's just so heartbreaking to think that there was literally nothing that could have saved Chester from himself. He had help, he had a family, he had friends, money, and a great career. People loved him and looked up to him. Maybe he is the most important reminder that trauma can't be healed. We can't un-abuse ourselves. And sometimes people just can't survive no matter how long and hard they fought.

People have said Oh she seems fine but they don't know the struggle I have had with anxiety and depression Therapy helps but it's just a bandaid you never forget the trauma you have been through

To anyone who is thinking about giving up. Don't give up .I haven't I am still here

This man’s music helped me through puberty and all of it’s hardships, it helped me find a way to vent my inner discomfort and disdain for certain situations during that particular time period. Indirectly, he saved my life. I know my parents actually did, in standing by me in my darkest times, but Chester came close second. His music has a quality to it that appeals because it’s so relatable to oh so many of us. When he and Chris Cornell died in 2017, a piece of myself had died with them. It was a year of extremes, for me personally, moving from one town to the other, my first job, having a friend of my dad’s die due to an unforeseen chain of events that led to inoperable cancer. Chris, Chester, combined with all of the turmoil and changes in that year make that I’m lucky to be alive. Last December, at a karaoke night on a field trip with my work, I sang In the End with a colleague. He did the part of Mike, I did the part of Chester. Some of the parts of Chester should have shown up on the screen to sing but they didn’t. So I sang them out loud, creating the atmosphere as if Chester and Mike actually stood there. As I was told by that colleague afterwards. That’s the greatest compliment someone had ever given me. In the end it DID matter! Rest in peace, hero! Our world has become darker without you in it, but we shine on. Carrying on your legacy.

At 1.40sec Chester just mentioned that his inner Chester wants to bring him down,this is crazy because even before watching this' just days ago i was also thinking the exact same thing,why am i sabotaging my self with substance abuse, why am i putting my self down, why am i telling my self that i am worthless and there is no real future for me, this is a sickness and our councils need a department that can make 2 minuet calls to people and check in with there health and well being or even have doctors and general practitioners to do that.

I know exactly what he is talking about…I have the same exact voice in my head and there is another me who wants to take me down and I don’t feel like I can fight back anymore, I’m still trying to fight back but it’s getting to the point to where I just wanna give up…I won’t tho but I just don’t know :,) Rest in peace Chester, I love you so much and you will forever be missed💕🕊️

Chester was and is a great singer, and he could’ve easily gotten help. He had all the resources to get the best psychiatric treatment he needed. All humans die. So if he really wanted death then he made a good choice for himself. The guy made great music I wish he would’ve stuck it out longer but i hope he’s in a better place.
